Return Window

• 30 days from the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or Incorrect Item: We cover the return shipping cost.

• Change of Mind / Personal Preference: Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Exchanges

• Gift cards

• Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage not caused by shipping

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Orders shipped to the EU may be returned within 14 days for any reason, provided the return conditions above are met.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, email us immediately at  hello@immsoothe.com. so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at  hello@immsoothe.com.
