How long does it take for my country to receive the shipment?

Customs duties are determined by the destination country's customs and are the buyer's responsibility.
How do I apply for a return or exchange?
You may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt (provided that the product is unused and the packaging is intact). Please refer to the Returns & Exchanges policy for detailed procedures.
What should I do if there is a quality issue with the product?
If you provide photo evidence within 7 days of receipt, you can get a free return or exchange. Please refer to the Returns & Exchanges policy for details.
How do I track my order?

Are returns free?
